Little Buddha made an appearance today. Someday I will come up with the birth story .. just so that I do not forget but for now i am just putting the milestone on this event.

He is yet to show the Buddha like characteristics. but hey he is my Buddha and though I am yet to find a nickname that sticks to him (Current versions include chakara kuttan, [sweetie pie as sweet as jaggery]) for now little buddha will do I guess till I get something that sticks more appropriately :)

This is the first birthday I missed of yours since our wedding. I mean I did remember to wish you and all but I guess this is first birthday and hopefully the last we did not see each other or wish in person.
Hope you had a good birthday. I guess somewhere deep down you expected me to turn up. But I did not have the courage to waddle with a belly all the way till your home after office.
I guess somewhere deep down I thought you would turn up to get wished and presented (present also ready) but I guess we both are a bit late in acting out our thoughts.

Anyways better late than never, next time in such situation I will tell you directly to turn up rather than hoping you will turn up.

Hope you have a good birthday and hope the next one you would have one more person to make up for the lack of me this time.
